Boris
Racing Name: Westwood Boris
Date of Birth: October 2024
Boris is currently a tad scared of the world but then he is only a baby, not yet even 2 years old. He does however try to put on his big boy pants and be brave just to please you, and does enjoy his walks. He wasn’t fazed at all meeting the terrier, in fact seemed to not even notice he was there. He has a lovely gentle nature that has made us all fall in love with him, and whilst he doesn’t actively seek affection yet, he does quite enjoy it when he gets it – so we make sure he gets quite a bit of it! He is absolutely going to blossom into the most gorgeous boy.

Daz
Racing Name: Bitcoin Dazzler
Date of Birth: September 2020
A striking chap who is a favourite with the staff due to his good manners and laid back attitude. Currently sharing nicely with an older lady, but previous partners have tested his patience and he has behaved impeccably with them. Daz has had a few minor health issues where he was losing weight, however, he’s now back to happy and healthy. He’s had several outings to local parks and whilst he’s a bit more switched on out walking, he’s still an easy enough guy. He’s also rather partial to a milko lolly and a spot of sunbathing 😎. Can be overlooked because he’s not in your face but will make a great pet we’re sure.

Frankie
Racing Name: Yassoo Blue Eyes
Date of Birth: September 2021
Quite a small girl with a bubbly personality, with just the start of a frosty face even though she’s not old. She wants to make friends with everyone she meets and always has a waggy tail on approach. She’s just one of those positive attitude girls, loves her walks, can be quite keen but she’s just excited by life and does calm down nicely. She was absolutely fine on meeting the terrier, she’s just a lovely well-rounded little girl looking for someone to love her. -
Jilly
Racing name: Rathmeehan Jill
Date of birth: June 2022
Jilly came in as a timid little thing but after a few days with us is coming out of her shell and letting us know that actually she’s just a funloving gal! She’s very dainty, wearing our smallest collar, loves people, walks nicely and is very affectionate. She can be a bit of a fussy eater, but is gradually coming out of that now.

Racing Name: One Cool King
Date of Birth: July 2020
Another lump who doesn’t know his size lol. A big, bouncy lad who has a certain joie de vivre and who you can count on to make you laugh. Tested with Bugley (the terrier) well, once Bugley told him to take it steady in no uncertain terms, backed off and learnt to approach with less enthusiasm! A great boy who learns quickly but who would need an owner experienced enough to curb his enthusiasm and enjoy his love of life. A lot of fun for the right household 🙂

Moe
Racing Name: Wicky Moe
Date of Birth: October 2021
A nice boy with a very jolly demeanour, although can’t walk in a straight line to save his life 😂. Has been out a couple of times, and does need to get used to other breeds, but we think this will be a quick fix, especially as he has been charged at by an aggressive offlead dog, and behaved like a gentleman. He’s super friendly with the humans and acts a bit like a toddler who has just learnt to walk – an all round nice guy.

Ritz
Racing name: Stophers Cracker
Date of birth: December 2021
Ritz is a small slender boy with beautiful soulful eyes. He does need some work on exposure to life outside the kennels and our local woods as he can be a little over-excited, but it’s very early days for him. He also needs a bit more fattening up but all in all he’s been lovely with his kennel mate and polite in the kennels so we have high hopes for this little boy.

Smartie
Racing Name: Dark Slayer
Date of Birth: November 2018
Who would call a dog Dark Slayer?? Especially one as nice as Smartie? A big lad who has settled in well but can get excited by new things. No real aggression towards the smaller dogs but can be rude around them when he gets too stimulated. Around kennels an easy, happy lad who is enjoying his time with us. Smartie just needs a bit more exposure to the real world. A great boy 🙂

Sparky
Racing name: Croydon Bay
Date of birth: May 2023
Sparky is a bit of a doofus, but being a young lad, we’ll give him the benefit of the doubt that he may still grow a few brain cells 😂. He hasn’t been out and about yet but immensely enjoys his walks around our local woods, although he can become a little overexcited at new sights and sounds. Nothing a bit more exposure to the big wide world won’t be able to sort, all in all a sweet boy.

Tessie
Racing name: Emers Tassie
Date of birth: July 2022
A lovely tall girl, legs for days! Tessie is a super affectionate girl who greets everyone with joy. She could live as an only dog or with another greyhound. She does need a little more exposure to the big wide world to get her used to the fact that other breeds also exist in her world. A lovely happy soul.

Waltzer
Racing Name: Waltz Madge
Date of Birth: January 2021
Waltzer is not a small girl but large in frame and in heart 🙂 A lovely girl who doesn’t seem keen on sharing her space, so would likely thrive as an only dog. Not a great fan of other breeds but will ignore with the right cues. She can be overly excited by anything fast moving, from birds, squirrels or even horses running in a field lol . She loves her cuddly toys and her food! Although not without her idiosyncrasies, she is a loveable girl and has a way about her which makes you love her 🙂
